Elizabeth Comer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and her Master’s in Social Work. She also has her Certified Case Management Certification (CCM).
Elizabeth has over 17 years of experience working in the Human Services Field. She has worked in a variety of settings including a Residential Treatment Facility, Acute Medical Inpatient, Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Substance Abuse Administrative Services and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services. Elizabeth also has an extensive background in Case Management Services specific to Medical and Behavioral Health.
She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, Trauma Centered Approach, Strengths Based Approach, Person Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy to treat trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Issues, Relational Conflicts, Marital Conflict, Substance Abuse, Grief and Loss and ADHD. She values authenticity and strives to provide a therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe to be open and honest while challenging themselves to make positive change.
